Sage Reflexology was created as a quiet place to slow down.
Tucked away in my cozy backyard garden, this space is intentionally warm, calming, and free from the noise of everyday life. From the moment you step inside, you’re invited to soften, breathe a little deeper, and let your body rest. Soft lighting, gentle music, and a peaceful atmosphere help signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to relax.
I created Sage Reflexology for women who are carrying a lot, busy schedules, stress, tension, and the constant pull of caring for others. My goal is simple: for you to arrive feeling overwhelmed or tired, and to leave feeling grounded, rested, and restored.
Reflexology is more than a foot treatment, it’s a full-body reset. Each session is unhurried and tailored to what your body needs that day, allowing space for deep relaxation, better sleep, and a sense of calm that stays with you long after you leave.

Diane is a true gem! She is incredibly kind and has a very peaceful and relaxing energy about her. The space she uses was her old garden shed turned into this incredibly beautiful and calming environment. Very zen. Every time I leave there I feel like I’m floating. I was gifted a foot reflexology appointment with Diane which is how I came to meet her. I had never done any reflexology before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. One appointment was all it took to know I will be a client of hers for as long as she is in business! Highly recommend this woman! I wish there was a 6 star option!
